FAQ’s which is short for Frequently Asked Questions is what we will be addressing on this page. We’ll try and answer the ones that we get asked most often by our readers and clients. General Questions:
Q. Where are you located?
A. The Mystic Window© has it’s base in New Delhi, India. This is where Henna conducts one to one Healing Sessions in person. Her Readings and Workshops are available online as well. She keeps traveling in India and abroad frequently and has happy clients from all over the world.
Q. I am from New Delhi? Can you come to my house/office/location to do a session?
A. No. Henna operates solely out of her office so you come to her. Any kind of vibrational or psychic energy work needs a certain type of atmosphere to have it’s full effect. She has taken stringent measures to create a safe, cleansed and high vibrational energetic space in her office to conduct the healing or reading sessions so that her clients can have the utmost privacy and peace from disturbing outside influences and energies of other people and things.
Q. I am not from New Delhi? Can you come to my city/country to do a session?
A. No. But you have the option to get an online audio/video session. Henna is psychically gifted so she can read your energy no matter where you are, distance is not a problem. Also, Henna does conduct workshops in different locations in India and abroad from time to time so you can send us an email to enquire about any upcoming events in your city or country. You can also get in touch with us if you’d like to organize a group workshop (min. 15 people) in your area.
Q. Do you do Tarot sessions for private parties?
A. No. Tarot cards and other divination tools are sacred items for Henna so she does not believe in trivializing them as party games. Also a real reading has therapeutic value and must be done in complete privacy.
Q. Do you provide Spiritual Medium Services/Communicate with the people who have passed on?
A. No. Although Henna has the ability to do Spirit Communication, she channels only spirit guides, angels, ascended masters, the Creator of All That Is and other high vibrational energies. This is a personal choice that she has made to preserve her authenticity when it comes to distinguishing her from the misguided psychic mediums who con those in deep agony over the loss of a loved one and unable to come to terms with it thus developing dependency on the medium to communicate with the loved ones they have lost. She recommends instead, the safe and powerful vibrational healing modality of Auric Essences or Bach Flower Remedies, the efficacy of which has been consistently proven through years of experience, to help distressed clients in overcoming depression, grief, trauma or any other issue related to the loss of a near and dear one.
Questions About Payments:
Q. What are the payment options available?
A. If you come to the office, you can pay in cash. We do not accept cheques. If you select an Online/On Phone Session, the full payment is to be made in advance. This can be done through Cash/Cheque/Online deposit in our ICICI Bank Account or through Paypal. Paypal does not accept payments in Indian Rupees so the fee will be converted to US Dollars and payment can be made through and International Credit/Debit Card, you do not need to have a Paypal account to make an online payment. Once you have made the selection for the products/services and calculated the fees, please send us an e-mail/give us a call with the name(s) of your selection(s) and payment preference and we will reply with our Bank Account number details or Paypal payment request accordingly.
Questions About Technology:
Q. On what platform are the online workshops, readings and consultations conducted?
A. All our online workshops are conducted on our official TeamSpeak 3 Voice Chat Server. The readings and consultations can be conducted via TeamSpeak 3 Client, GTalk or Skype depending on the preference of the client. TeamSpeak 3 also gives you the ability to record your reading for later reference.
Q. I am not comfortable with an online reading or consultation. Is there any other option available?
A. If you are in New Delhi, then you can book a live session that will be conducted in person at her office. Most of our readings and consultations are also available via phone. However, the payment is to be made in advance, online. The cost of the call is borne by the client so make sure you consider any long distance charges that maybe applicable.
Q. Do I need any special hardware or software to participate in an online workshop?
A. In order to participate fully in all workshop areas and activities, you will need:
SOFTWARE:
- TeamSpeak 3 Client. You can download it here. Please refer to the TeamSpeak3 Setup Guide for information on how to download and install TeamSpeak 3 on your computer.
- A current Internet browser, version 6.0 or higher of Internet Explorer (version 5.0 for Mac users), version 7 or higher of Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple’s Safari (we do not recommend using AOL’s built-in browser or any other Internet Service Provider’s proprietary browser, as certain functions may be restricted). Because we regularly upgrade the site and add features, we recommend always using the most current browser version available for your system to make sure that you can take advantage of enhancements as they are made. If you need to upgrade your browser, go to your browser manufacturer’s website and click on the free download.
- The latest version of the Flash Player for your browser to view the video presentations available with some of the workshops. You can download it here.
- An email account to receive registration confirmations and other announcements.
- For your homework assignments which are part of longer workshops, you can use any word processing software or text editor. You will compose your homework assignments offline and then either copy and paste them into an email or simply attach the file.
